Buddist Temple Trip

What did you learn?

·      To have ‘Good Manners’

·      To do ‘Good Deeds’

·      To have ‘Good Thoughts’

·      To relax – Meditation

What was tricky for me?

·      Lots of people hopping on the bus at the same time.

·      Sitting at the back because I could’nt see sometimes.

What was I proud of?

·      I had my listening ears on all day.

·      Putting the flower on the wall.

·      Ringing the bell.

What would we like to do next?

·      Go on another trip !

I am learning to know groupings within 10.

"I know the numbers to make 10.  They are 9+1=10 and 5+5=10.  I am still learning the other ones.  I am good at knowing my numbers.  Mrs Wyatt helps me to do Maths at school."  




We also used an abacus to show the groupings of 10.

"These are all the different ways to make up 10."
