I am learning to identify silent e and long vowel sounds in words.

"I know some words that have silent e's in them.  They are: love, hate, late, take, house and mouse. I am still learning the long vowel sounds.  Mum, Dad, Mrs Wyatt, Zion and my Poppa taught me how to read.  Most of the words are easy for me to read.  The hard words are sometimes names of people, and names of animals and insects."
